Just get back out there.
I just go back to the basics and start over one step at a time. Even if it is only walking to the mailbox and back. I keep reminding myself that Doing anything is better than nothing.
I always make a cup of hot tea when I am feeling hungary. They say it takes 20 minutes after eating for your brain to tell you that your full. If that doesn't do the trick I go outside and do some yard work.
