If you have a craving for something, wash your mouth out with mouth wash (preferably the minty one). It cleanses your palette and refreshes your mouth so that craving goes away. And it helps your breath!! 30
I wash my teeth after each meal. I also use floss and mouth wash. This way there is a clear closure to the meal - finished. And somehow as the tastes go away from my mouth, there is less urge to get more snacks. I also bought an nice Oral-B Pulsonic Slim electronic toothbrush, as an award and motivation.452
