    I hated exercise too, but I keep working on it and I'm starting to like it a little. I've made it a little more laid back and do what I can so that I don't stress about it so much. This seems to be making me hate it less and like it a little. In The Spark, Chris Downie wrote that it starts to change once you start following a healthy lifestyle. You eat healthier food and you start to crave it. You exercise consistently, even a litte, you start to crave it; I agree with him. Hang in there!

    I hate exercise too but now that I got a Yorkie I have to walk he insists on it. I get a mile in each day that is as far as his little legs can go.

Keep working on it you might just learn to like it emoticon
