I'm moving soon and trying to downsize so I decided that to make sure I stay on track I'd force myself to give away one piece of clothing for every day I went over my calorie limit. I love my clothing, and giving it up is very hard, so now I think twice when reaching out for another cupcake...

When you've been wronged by someone, forgive them and move on even though it's painful. Forgiveness is for you, not the other person. We often hold on to negative feelings which eventually begin to affect our mental health, our physical health and the health of the relationships we hold near and dear.
Even when you have a day, a week, two weeks, or longer of slip ups just keep coming back, logging in, trying to log food, reading blogs and other things. Don't give up and quit but even when frustrated with yourself just keep coming back because it will click again. If you just quit and give up you're throwing away a chance to work through it.
