If your husband is thin and you are heavy and are trying to lose weight--keep your or his junk food in the glove box of the car or trunk. The effort it takes to walk to the car will dissapate for you after going through the motions- and for him it will let him know how serious you are and how difficult it is to lose weight. I did this once with a box of chocate covered cherries and it really worked in preventing me form bingeing.

I got on Sparkpeople today feeling discouraged with my progress and I started first with going to all of my teams and reading posts that looked interesting to me. I ended up making a new friend and he gave me some great advise and read some articles that helped me. I can't believe the change I feel after doing this I feel ready to tackle my challenges am motivated to do it. So keep sparking and you will see change. I did.
