Drink Water Instead Of Eating Junkfood

For those of us who "love" our junkfood, drinking water can be a healthy habit to practice when we get cravings for junkfood. I avoid the junkfood aisles in the grocery store. I actually crave water now, and have more energy after drinking water. When I feel bloated, I drink more water. It works!

    I have discovered that I really, really prefer/crave seltzer water (I like the lime flavored stuff the best) to plain water, so much so that I have found that opening the refrigerator causes me to crave a glass of it (vs. food!). This is something brand new for me!
