For those of us who "love" our junkfood, drinking water can be a healthy habit to practice when we get cravings for junkfood. I avoid the junkfood aisles in the grocery store. I actually crave water now, and have more energy after drinking water. When I feel bloated, I drink more water. It works!

Feeling guilty about eating junk? Drink lots of water afterwards!
If I overeat or eat junkfood, the guilt starts to creep in. As soon as I start feeling bad about overeating or eating junkfood, I reach for my water pitcher or water glass, and literally guzzle water. I don't feel bloated after drinking water, I feel strangely better and less guilty about all the food or junkfood I just ate. If I drink lots of water at night, I feel better if I drink all that water, wait until I pee, and then go to sleep. Prevents middle of the night bathroom trips! lol 334
