Easy Way To Flavor Water

A great way to add flavor to water is to throw a tea bag into your water bottle. It adds just a hint of flavor. Fruit flavors like peach or raspberry taste great. I always drink more water when I use this trick! It's also a great way to use up flavored tea that you may not like served hot.

    I like using essential oils. Just a drop of peppermint to a glass of water really perks it up. I also like lemon and orange. You can fine essential oils at any health food store and the clerk should be able to help you find ones that are safe for culinary consumption warnings though: be careful when using plastics-some can be left with marks from the oil. It's an easy way to add flavor and not calories to your water.
