In order to get 8 glasses a day I add a few slices of apple or cucumber or sprigs of mint to my water. It helps to keep me interested in the water instead of getting bored of the taste. You can flavor water with pretty much anything - melon, any citrus (I love limes) just get creative for a subtle flavor!
There are lots of ways to flavor your water to drink more. Y ou can use a little lemon or something like Crystal Lite that you can add a packet to your bottled water. They even have some with fiber so you get a boost there too! Water can be so bland, why not perk it up!!
