Do not give up on never getting your favorite foods when on a diet. Eat healthy, but when you really have a craving for a candy bar, ice cream, cheesecake, or some other calorie laden delight, eat it then!!
If you do not get what you are craving, you will probably eat a lot more unhealthy stuff!!

  • I prepackage a snack of cheerios, dried cranberries, raisins, almond slivers, and cashews. That way when I want to munch, I don't over-indulge and I am eating stuff I really like. - by NANASHANON

  • You are so right. Sometimes I crave for a special food, but afraid i will certainly go over my caloric intake. Then in the middle of the night I eat that special something and bingo my craving is gone, but my intake is sky high and I feel guilty. - by SHEERJOY
