for mental health when i find myself worrying about something i think: okay, if i have gone over this 33 times how is the 35th time going to help? it puts an end to my worrying at least for a while which clears my head and makes it easier to find a solution

Instead of worrying all day about things I can't fix right away, I set a specific time of day to do nothing but worry over those items. I take 10-15 mins a day to just worry. Then I push it away. My mood stays positive by knowing I can worry later.
