Instead of worrying all day about things I can't fix right away, I set a specific time of day to do nothing but worry over those items. I take 10-15 mins a day to just worry. Then I push it away. My mood stays positive by knowing I can worry later.

I have found that when I begin to feel that way if I take a moment to be thankful for what I have & it lifts me out of the worry & sorrow and brings me back to feeling positive and happy. What worry & sorrow brings is just more of the same. You can choose to be happy by recognizing that there is a calm after the storm, you must have rain for things to grow and time heals all wounds.
