Having a cold will definitly slow you down but it doesn't have to make your progress stall. Track the things you eat while feeling blah, most of the things good for a cold are also good for a healthly lifestyle. Get plenty of fluids, have a bowl of chicken soup. Get plenty of rest. The cold will pass and you will still be on track.
