If you like milk, but have lactose intolerance, or just don't want the extra calories, Almond milk is a great way to go. I thought at first it might taste too much like almonds or too sweet, but it has much the same consistency as 2% milk, without the lactose and all the extra fat.

Almond Breeze & Almond Silk originals are terrific in cereal. Almond Breeze Vanilla & Silk Almond Vanilla are as yummy as a whole fat vanilla milk shake and are a wonderful ingredient in a frozen fruit smoothie. Just tried the Silk brand Dark Chocolate Almond milk and OMG! it is so smooth and decadent tasting. Made a delicious chocolate & (frozen) banana smoothie today.
I make a latte every morning, and even with low fat milk, the calorie total is over 200 ( I can not do skim milk - ick). I switched to Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk and get a whole latte for only 40 calories! Yummm!
