Getting My Fruits & Veggie Servings




Getting 5+ servings of fruits and veggies every day can sometimes be challenging. But I have a good way of getting them all in one meal.

More Information:

I have a fruit smoothie for lunch. I put in my favorite five fruits and blend them all together with some vitamin water (very few calories) and a scoop of protein powder and it makes a great shake.

  • Spinach, in small quantities, is a great way to get veggies into a fruit smoothie! Just add a handful of fresh leaves to your shake, and while it will definitely come out green, you get all the nutrients found in the spinach. - by VALIASEDAI
