When you are feeling anxiety start singing. If the children are rowdy get them to sing a song. This helps calm everyone down and change the mind set. I know this really works and they have actually done studies to prove.
When you make playlists for walking or running, put your MOST motivating songs near then end, when you'll need their impact. My current favorite is "Sing a Song" by Earth Wind and Fire. I would be impossible for me to stop running while I'm listening to it!
One of my "other" goals is a daily "uplift me" goal. As I am driving to work, I either give me lots of positive self-talk, I roleplay something for work with a positive outcome or I sing positive songs. By the time I get to work, I am geared up for a positive day!
