haveing 2 jobs and being a single mom can be daunting... but here i am doing it and you can too . just moved to FL from TX and trying to move arround more. well guess what though i didnt know it i started loosing weight. now 6mths later i am almost 30 lighter and 4dress sizes smaller.
the biggest thing i have learned is to get off your butt. just get up and do it no matter how lazy you feel get up and go for a walk, go swimming, do house work. just do something it doesnt matter. i am now happy and starting to feel sexy again~ still got about 20-30 lbs to go but im well on the way

When down and out physically or emotionally take some time out to take care of yourself. Being a single mom, it is my job to take care of everyone else but, it is equally important for moms and dads to take time out and take care of themselves.
Words to live by; You can always do one more thing. You can always wait a while for that snack You can always take one less bite Never lay down when you can sit up, sit down when you can stand up, stand still when you can walk, walk when you can hop, skip, jump or run. One little step at a time is painless and it'll get you there.
