I try to plan all our family's meals weekly, this includes the commitment to cooking healthy also. It doesn't take as much time as you would think to cook at home. We eat as a family and every member helps so dinner is generally done in a half hour. Try this at least 5 nights a week and reap reward
Cut out all whites from my diet. Example replaced white flour with almond or coconut flour. No white rice , bread. Organic cheese, milk, fruits and meats. No cold cereal only steel cut oats. No can soup,vegetables or fruit. I feel great and have lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I'm never hungry.
