I eat 85% cocoa chocolate everyday. It's good for you and not sweet like a Hershey's bar. In fact it's a tasate you must acquire. I started for health purposes. It's available at stores like Whole Foods. A bar lasts a week. There is quite a bit of medical research on its benefits!

Chocolate in Moderation
Every once in awhile, we're going to crave chocolate. Dark chocolate is good for you in moderation. It's good for your heart, for one thing. What I do is buy a bar of Hershey's Special Dark squares and break them up. I put them in the freezer, and label the bag. 35 calories/square. I take my time eating one, and my craving for chocolate is gone.
When I am craving chocolate, I slice a banana or a few strawberries and drizzle them with chocolate syrup. By the time I finish this delicious snack my craving is satisfied. Yes I have indulged in a few calories, but not the number I would have by succumbing to a chocolate bar!
When craving chocolate I allow myself 2 squares from a large 85% cocoa dark chocolate bar. My cravings are satisfied, and I get the antioxidant benefit from the chocolate too!
