Vegetable broth . . add parts of vegetables you normally throw away, water to cover, and bullion if desired. Bring to a simmering boiling for about 30 minutes. Save in a pitcher for a morning pick-me-up. The boost lasts longer than coffee or tea. Heat and enjoy.
I'm a tea drinker, 3 cups each morning to get the day started. With those three cups comes three teaspoons of sugar and lemon juice. This small change has that scale moving down. I'm almost to goal.
