I am an emotional eater among many other problems as well. I found out that if I get hungry in the evening and feel like I need to nosh, I get some smoked almonds and cranraisins and mix them into a 3rd of a cup, and snack slowly on them. Very satisfying to me, and helps me get more fiber. emoticon

    I will have to try this one. I will try to measure first too! I am trying to get back on track here for my trip in a month and I hope to have lost 10lbs by then and then another 15 by the end of the year....
