    I too weigh myself everyday, it keeps me motivated....but this morning after the 4th long weekend I had noticed I gained back a few pounds and it really upset me, since I did really pay attention to my food all weekend.
How did you handle the ups? emoticon

    Yes, I weigh every day as well. Haven't seen any progress yet since i started, which is discouraging. maybe I'll notice my clothes first...way to go on your loss!

    I've only lost 30lbs of a 50lb goal, but I weigh myself everyday too, it helps keep me on track!
