I've never met a vegetable I didn't like, so eating them plain and raw is fine with me. But for some variety, I keep a bottle of Wishbone Salad Spritzers handy and this jazzes up the flavors and is a change in the "same old thing." Zero calories for 10 sprays keeps within my calorie budget.

I have replaced almost all traditional bread, crackers and chips for dipping with vegetables. This has been a HUGE benefit because i'm fitting in more vegetables, especially RAW organic vegetables into my daily diet. I don't mean "Grab your celery People" I mean PEPPERS!! and NOT Green. My my ultimate switch is Peppers. Those little orange, yellow and red sweet peppers. I use them all the time in place of bread, crackers and pitas. I scoop, hummous, tuna fish and CHILI!!! Delicious!! These peppers are perfect for snacking and meals, very filling and satisfying.
