I thought it was very helpful. I'm loving it.

I love the new tracker. I always looked at the old food plans and changed them I actually learned a lot from them' The new version relies on ME to select the foods and anounts, As long as you do the measuring accurately NO guessing or eyeballing you aewill be told exactly waht you are eating or have eaten. If calorie go over you should adjust your amount of food if you want to eat smaller protions. Tracking food accurately and exercising has lowered MY blood sugar and A1c. I depend on this tool Thnks for bringing it to us and also for the extra attention to the condition in the articles.

I like the idea, but I can't change the nutrition goals for that page. I click on the change nutrition goals and the changes I make appear to be kept, but only the original goals are displayed on the my nutrition page.

    TammyTH64,
I believe your calorie range will still change automatically with your weight changes and exercise you do each day, just like before. As for your fiber intake, you can adjust that yourself by clicking on the button at the top of the page that says "add another nutrient to track".

I hope this helps.

Thank you so much for adding this new feature. Being pre-diabetic, I don't have to monitor my blood glucose yet, but I'm sure that those who do will find this option on their nutrition page very helpful.

What will help in my case however, is the calorie goals that are pre-set for each meal and snack. I really think having the calorie range for each meal and snack right there before me will help because it's easier to focus on one meal or snack's calorie range instead of trying to stay on track all day without that guide. I hope this makes sense to those who read it.

Great idea Spark people!

It is helpful but it does not allow for change in calories or reduction of fiber.

I need to check into this. Immediately if not sooner!
