    Protein like peanut butter or a few nuts always hold me over good!

    I work with a registered dietitian and that is what he recommends too. If I eat my snack of protein and fiber 30 minutes before I exercise, I have a ton of energy and it holds me over until I get home and cook dinner. Its amazing!
