I have been doing ***** for four weeks now (Sorry but coach tanya prohibits me from saying the name of my workout as she said it is considered promotional to use it so I can only refer to my workout as *****).and have lost 2 sizes 15 lbs and 17 inches. No weights or machines! I love it!

This DVD consists of 20 minute workouts at 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each workout has a 2-minute warm-up followed by 3 circuits featuring 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. A 2 minute cool-down completes each workout. AWESOME workout!
The instructions are easy to follow and Jillian includes modifications to make things a little easier or a little more challenging. You need hand weights and an exercise mat.
