Strength trainiing is changing my life for the better! I alternate days of working my arms and doing some light cardio with days of strengthening my thighs and abs. It's helping me lose weight and feel good about how my body looks! In fact, I even blogged all about it.

    I do Pulmonary rehab twice a week and p.t. and o.t. twice a week, so I am on my own the rest of the week, I do as much as I can, feels good. emoticon
