and eat it too! Instead of using the egg, oil and water, next time oyu make a chocolate cake use a small can of pumpkin mix instead! Its still moist and does NOT taste like pumpkin. My 8yr old and bf can't tell the difference!

you are NOT addicted to food... you are addicted to the way food makes you feel or a memory associated with it.
Often times we eat because we are bored (something to do), to procrastinate (after I eat this), to celebrate (Let them eat cake!), when we are stressed (chocolate), when we are PMSing (really another type of stress), etc.
We eat because we remember... for instance, most people have happy memories associated with cake (birthdays) and chocolate (boxes of candy)...
Sometimes eating can be self-hating too... to go against someone who criticized (like the mother that berates her overweight daughter or the husband who has stopped touching his wife).
You just have to figure out why and work from there. Like any addiction, there is a cause. Addiction is a symptom.
Quaker's Chocolate Crunch Rice Cakes (made w/ brown rice)
I'm not a rice cake advocate, but try Quaker's Chocolate Crunch Rice Cakes--only 60 calories for a large cake (I have 2 for snack or dessert) and has yummy, mini chocolate chips. Great chocolate satisfier & no bad carbs, sugars, fat!
