  • I have used a heart rate monitor for the past 2 years. In my opinion it is the best piece of workout equipment someone can have. Not only for calorie burn information, but if you aren't keeping your heart rate in the target heart rate zone for at least 20 minutes, what good are you doing... it keeps you honest. Especially when you are lifting weights. People tend to rest way longer than they need to. My watch is set to beep at me when it drops below my targets! Keeps me moving. - by GYMRAT_AT44
  • My mom bought me a heart monitor for Christmas ( I asked for it) it has been the best gift I received. I love seeing how many calories I burn during my workouts and it helps me stay motivated and monitor my overall fitness. - by JODIRICHARDS

  • Just got one. I decided it was an investment in my health, not an expense. - by 55WALKER
