We've heard it before: it takes a few minutes to feel full. Once you've eaten your planned meal, wait 20 minutes before giving in to the urge to eat more to feel "full" or satisfied. After 20 mins, judge your level of hunger again, you'll be suprised you feel full and able to resist a binge!
Try it, it really, really works. After 20 minutes if you truly still feel hungry or unable to resist the urge, eat a planned snack, and wait another 20 minutes. Shoot, by that time you're busy doing something else anyway!!!!
