I Stay positive and challenge myself each day to eat right and exercise and keep moving. I use smaller plates and pay attention to what i eat.. chewing more too!Also i plan ahead on exercise and food.. that helps me a lot!
If you are ever tempted by a candy bar or other sweets and snacks just tell yourself over and over that you could eat right and lose the weight now, and eat the sweets later. Tell yourself that you could always buy a 60 cent candy bar or a 99 cent bag of chips, etc. on another day. It always helps!
