Chug-I mean it-chug, a BIG glass of water before you eat a meal. It fills you up, and it helps you get your daily intake of water!

If you sip water, it doesn't fill you up. So chug away!

    This is a great tip. It really helps be stay with more reasonable portions.

    That's what I do and not only do I get my water and then some in but it keeps me full enough to be satisfied with less food.

    Good advice, but not for the long distance walker. Thank goodness for living in town and close to public restrooms LOL.
