I started out using SparkPeople occasionaly. That really doesn't work. This year I have logged in Daily-tracked food & exercise Daily & have seen actual results for the first time! SP can be a great tool but you must STAY FOCUSED & think about your choices daily if you ever want results. I feel stronger, more motivated & healthier than ever. You will make mistakes but if you stay focused you will recover from those mistakes quicker and suffer from them less.

Think of this in terms of your get healthy efforts - every little change you make: food choice, temptation resistance, exercise, getting more sleep - no matter how small it may seem at the time or how long it may take to see results it all affects and benefits the change you're seeking and will show results in the end. Stay with it! Every little bit counts!
