I made a huge playlist of super positive and energetic songs (called "Positively Positive!" of course). Whenever I don't feel so positive, I put it on random and dance around. It's nice to really listen to the music & dancing can release that stress and negativity. It helps to sing out loud, too.

I like to get moving when I clean and organize the house. If sweeping isn't enough movement for you, then use the broom to do a few exercises and dance dance dance with your vacuum! Not to mention, moving around big boxes or tubs for some reorganizing can really act as some good strength exercises.
Don't forget putting away groceries. Bring each bag in one by one for additional exercise. Do some arm curls with the cans as you put them away...get creative. There are lots of things you can do!!
