If you can, find a group to hold you accountable. I participate in the Healthy Walkers Club every Wednesday. Our local mall opens an hour early just for walkers (the stores are closed), so we walk every week, the same day and time. It's a great way to socialize & get a workout in.

I have several different groups of people that I work out with. I have my runner friends, friends that struggle with work outs, and those that want to get together once in a blue. Having many people to work out with allows me to always have something to do around working out.
If someone is not available on monday there is someone else walking the neighborhood or ready to meet at the gym.220
