  • Great advice!
    It's like getting a speeding ticket. You don't thumb your nose at the copy, tear up the ticket and throw the litter on the pavement, and screech out of there going 80 MPH --- because you know you would get another ticket!
    Same with going off-plan --- stop when you realize what you're doing, and take it slower on the calorie intake going forward. - by SUSIEMILO
