I REALLY dislike plain water, and I am under a physician's mandate to get at LEAST 25 grams of fiber per day, so I found Crystal Light with Fiber!! 3 20 oz bottles of water with packets of this in them, along with a bowl of Fiber One cereal, and I'm good for the day!!
Fiber One has some great-tasting new cereals - honey nut clusters, frosted shredded wheat, and caramel delight...YUMMY. Also, there is great tasting Fiber One yogurt, and now Fiber One Jell-O pudding, too.

Water-soluble fiber keeps Dieters and Diabetics Full
Water-soluble fiber is found in oats, Psyllium, nuts beans, lentils, barley and most fruits and vegetables. This type of fiber absorbs water in the digestive tract, which is what helps you feel full and slows your digestion. Keeps blood sugar level b y slowing the absorption carbs in the blood. I take a Equate fiber pill daily which I buy at Walmart...helps keep my blood sugar level. Add a fiber supplement to your diet and see the difference.
I always thought it was a myth that drinking water would make you feel full and eat less. Recently, I've been drinking more water and eating high fiber snacks such as cereal or WW toast. When I combine water with fiber, I really do feel full and eat less.
Benefits of this trick: -More glasses of water consumed -More daily fiber -Less likely to go over calorie limit -Feel full and not starved
