I went bowling tonight and wasn't really strong with my leukemia and platelets down to 73. When I got there I felt a little better and found out the team we bowled was only 6 points different. We bowled great, I had a 187, 159 and bad 129 series 475. My average is 145 and we took 3 games so not bad.

My goal was to at least stick through it until I could get my husband to worry about his health, I knew as soon as he did that I would not be able to slip at all. We have such a great relationship that we will find any excuse to be around each other. He has become the best work-out partner yet!! Plus its really easy cause he lives with me and now we are finding all sorts of fun activities to do together, it's like going on a vacation all the time!! 220

My daughter and I have discovered that climbing our stairs at home for 20 minutes is a killer exercise.
We set our ipods to play 4 of our favorite songs and by the time they are over our exercise is done! This is great because it requires no equipment and perfect no matter what the weather!!250
