Sometimes it is difficult to "find time" to exercise, more often than not due to letting outside things influence.
Instead, set a definitive time for exercising and post it on a calendar. In this way, you remind yourself of when you are going to be exercising and family members will know this is "YOUR" time, and that you need to be left alone to complete your exercise routine.
Being a mother, it is hard to find time to exercise. So when the weather is nice, I like to jump on the trampoline with my kids. It is a great workout and I get to spend time with my kids which is a double bonus!
