Pedometer By Sportline

This Sparked Me!

Thin, light weight, compact. Not a clip on. Simple counting steps, tracks time, and you can set stride length. Fits anywhere (in pockets), doesn't have to be vertical. I put it in my workout bra and don't notice its there. Far better then losing it off my shorts as I have done many a time.

Should fit snugly in a pocket. Pedometers are great for showing your degree of activity. If you don't get 10,000 steps a day, you should cut back on calories. A good way to gauge your fitness vs food. They are the best for setting, and sticking to a goal.

I use an Omron walking style pedometer which can download to my home computer and I love it since it helps me stay motivated to walk more every day.

I got this at Walmart. Just a note, its NOT waterproof, and I discovered, to my horror, I ruined it and corroded it with my perspiration, so now I put it in a ziploc bag to protect it.
The version I got was $19, but you can get more expensive ones that do more things. I was only interested in counting steps, wanted something very simple that I didn't have to spend an hour figuring out how to program LOL, not a kid anymore!!

I have had a couple crap pedometers that I ended up throwing out, so I'm taking this recommendation as a chance at third time's a charm. Looking forward to having a pedometer that works well - thanks for the info.

I also think this is the best pedometer around..the slimline makes it easy to carry etc.
