info. on fish! Halibut IS my favorite fish [and though I don't eat enough of it--probably 2-3 x a month!] because it is a WHITE fish and in colder waters, it is HEALTHIER for you! It helps your HDL [healthy cholestrol }get higher,keeps your arteries clearer and decreases joint inflammation!
