In the same ole rut? Try something new, freshen up, change the routine. If you walk, change your route, do your normal one backwards, mall walk, change your shoes. Change the music you listen to. Do your exercises in a different room. Same meals? Try a new recipe every week for each meal. Do you have any ideas to spice of your life?
Change it up and keep changing things. Sometimes you need to change things up to see what is going to work for you. Other times you need to change things up to get out of the rut you are in. It also adds "spice" to your life.
Sprarkcoach taught me the value of staying with it, and to take time to refresh how each day went. Tracking food choices and staying in balance. Also mixing up my exercise even if it is only 5 or 10 minutes at a time.
