I'm not as hungry if I eat a cup of cooked old fashioned oats w/PB2 in it. The whole grain, complex carbs stay w/ me longer. The protein staves off cravings too. Instead of a Reese's Cup, add some sugar free chocolate syrup to the oats. It's yummy.

    Oatmeal with almond butter and a little honey is fantastic too! I'm full for hours>
