Find something to help make your workouts fun. Read a book or magazine while on the treadmill or stationary bike, watch a movie while you walk in place, make a mix CD of your favorite heart pumping tunes and dance around your house. Just move and make it fun to keep yourself motivated.

    I always take something with me to read while I'm on the treadmill and recumbant bike. I read most of The Spark at the gym. I also have an MP3 with music I love on it and have it going all the time I am there as their music stinks.

It makes my 3 days a week at the gym fly by.
