Find something to help make your workouts fun. Read a book or magazine while on the treadmill or stationary bike, watch a movie while you walk in place, make a mix CD of your favorite heart pumping tunes and dance around your house. Just move and make it fun to keep yourself motivated.

I made a playlist on Youtube of songs that have dances that go with them (Cupid Shuffle, The Wobble, Electric Slide, Cotton Eye Joe, etc) so that when I want a fun workout I just start it from the beginning and dance! I have enough songs that it makes up a 30 minute workout and it just seems like I"m having fun. Try it!!
Some fun ones that are not as well known that you might like to learn and try: on Youtube look up "Michael Jackson Shuffle" and "Biker Shuffle". Very fun!!
Weekends can be a dietary challenge. To help me stay on track, I stock my kitchen with healthy snacks with a theme. One weekend the theme will be fresh melon so I buy a party tray of cut melon. Another weekend, the theme will be orange and I will buy sweet potatoes, carrots, and cantaloupe.
Making eating fun helps me stay on track.
