When I hit my first plateau, someone suggested adding fiber to the nutrition tracker. Turns out I was often under the range. Adding more sped up my progress!
I like to get my fiber first thing in the AM! There are boxed cereals these days that are tastier than the old-style sticks! They're a little pricey so I make my own granola or hot cereal mix with flax seed, wheat bran & oats. I try to eat whole-grain breads & pasta, and plenty of fruit & veggies, too.
