I like to get my fiber first thing in the AM! There are boxed cereals these days that are tastier than the old-style sticks! Have a hard time getting enough fiber? Save room for a snack! Make some oatmeal cookies - substitute peanut butter for the fat, to make them healthy-ish. Use dark chocolate chips, if you like. Oatmeal cookies are juicy and sweet, and full of fiber
I've found that getting my fiber through food sources (fruits, veggies, whole grains), eating yogurt daily (I do activia light) helps keep things moving more than if I use a fiber supplement . Staying regular is an important part of the weight loss process and general health.
