I use liquid fat free margerine in place of oils when cooking and baking. Just remember when cooking reduce heat for frying.

    Liquid or Spray butter as I know it, as become a staple in my kitchen. I found the brand with the best flavor is "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". It satisfies my taste for butter on veggies and toast without all the added fat.

    I have never heard of this. I will have to look for it in the grocery store.
