  • I was terrible with portion sizes. When ever I made hamburger helper for my fiance and me, we owould try and spilt the emtire box between us! That included the instatnt potatoes next to it! It's so hard because when you're hurngry, a kind of frenzy emerges and you feel like you can eat a cow. A trick I have discovered to be very beneifical to controlling portion sizes is downing an entire glass of water the second before I eat each meal. When I begin eating my food I feel fuller sooner and with less food intake. Plus I eliminate a portion of my daily water consumption. Hope this might help someone else! emoticon - by STEPHIROTH321
