I have learned the lesson on how to break the routine and lose the weight in other word the infamous plateau.
I exercise 3 times a day which include walk for 60-75 minutes and then in the afternoon cardio for 35-40 minutes.
Decided to then the days I do cardio in the afternoons do long distance walk without hills, then every other day - sculpt days, do walk with hills, this way I exercise my legs.

Depending on what room you are usually in that last half hour before you leave either set your kitchen timer or an alarm clock so it goes off as a warning that you need to wrap things up and get going.

Work third shift. I need out of the house by10:30 pm. I set the second alarm on my alarm clock to go off on the radio setting at 10:00 pm so I realize need to be wrapping things up. Live alone so set it loud enough that I can hear it anywhere in the house. Kitchen timers work well also.
