Once a month I clean out the pantry. It gives me a chance to get rid of anything that is out of date or going stale, as well as the chance to purge anything unhealthy that has crept in!

Great idea...I usually organize my cupboards once a week for shopping purposes...Throwing things away never happens..donations is always best! I always set out a bag near the mailbox ,of items that are near date for our local homeless.

I ALSO CLEAN OUT MY CUPBOARDS ONCE A MONTH AND TRY TO STOCK OUT WITH 100 CALORIE TREATS ETC. HELPS ME KEEP IN CONTROL OF MY FOOD INTAKE.

I dont have much money so cant buy any dun bells for my work outs, and I dont want to build my arms up to much either.
