Water, Water Everywhere

I don't know about you all, but I lose track of how much water I have had during the day. I keep a 20 ounce bottle with me all the time, and as I finish it I put a thin rubber band around it. By the time I get to my 4th rubber band I know I'm done for the day!

    I have a 16oz bottle that I fill before leaving to work. I usually drink it while on my way. Then I fill it everytime I'm visiting the lady's room (we have a huge water bottle right next to it) the more I drink the more I visit and so on. I stopped counting cause I'm usually up to 10cups+ at the end of the day if I include tea ;-)

I like the idea of the rubber bands ;-)

    i have 2 water bottles that are 32 oz each i fill them up each morning and i know i have to drink them both

    I think that is a really good idea, I do the same thing. I tend to lose trak of my water intake quite often
