Keeping Cravings To A Minimum

Sometimes I get hunger cravings, between meals, though instead of reaching for food, I try a glass of water and wait for about 30 minutes. Most times it is my thirst creating the craving, though if after 30 minutes, if I still have a craving, I go for some lean protein, nuts, etc. It works!

    Great idea! I love snacking, so like you, I try to keep grapes, strawberries & celery/peanut butter or hummus on hand!
