More Information:

My gym is two minutes walk away and they have made a deal with me that if I am more than 15 minutes late they will call...unless I have informed them previously of a change in schedule for an important reason.

    I've actually been doing this. I add my workout into my daily calendar for 5 days and I treat it as an appointment. I love how my calendar looks after my task for the day (my workout) has been completed and it's crossed out. emoticon - by FABISERVANTES83

  • It's a 10-mile drive to our nearest town and the gym. We make appointments when working with our personal trainer, and keep them unless something critical crops up, but have to be flexible when going by ourselves. If we don't go to the gym, we do a 3-6 mile walk with the dogs - DB does that come what may, I join him on the days I'm not at the gym. It works for us. What is non-negotiable is doing no exercise! - by CHEBBA
