My gym is two minutes walk away and they have made a deal with me that if I am more than 15 minutes late they will call...unless I have informed them previously of a change in schedule for an important reason.

    What I am doing while on vacation right now...walking 3+ miles to start each day. Need to keep this up when I get home. The weight has just been falling off.
