My dietician showed me some really gross things when I met with her. For starters she showed me what the fat inside my stomach looked like UGH!! She also had several vials of test tubes filled with fat & sugar.

I told here some of the things I'd been eating & she showed me how many vials of fat & sugar were in them EXAMPLE~ 1 Mega Tub of Movie Theater Popcorn has over 18 vials of fat in it! GROSS! I Will never eat popcorn again! Now when I eat something I think of the vials, it destroys my appetite!

12 minute, body weight only workouts...pike squats, jump squats, reverse planks...all while on a 30 second interval timer. Do what you can for 30 seconds and move on to the next workout. Do cardio before and stretching after to avoid straining.
